Bringing your bags back to life is super easy! If you notice a bit of cloudiness on the plastic top or encounter a few fine scratches or makeup spills, no need to worry. We suggest using a gentle cloth (microfiber is recommended) along with a small amount of mild soap. Any questions or concerns? Feel free to send us an email whenever you like at [email protected]. Helpful Steps:
- Empty the Bag: Start by giving your bag some breathing space. Empty it out, setting aside all your makeup products and tools.
- Shake Out Loose Debris: Turn the bag upside down and shake it gently to remove any loose debris.
- Clean the Exterior: Wipe down the leather exterior with a soft, damp cloth. If there are stains, a mild soap can be used. Apply a small amount of soap to a cloth and gently rub the stained area. As with any cleaner, it may be helpful to test it on a small, inconspicuous area first.
- Clean the Clear Top: Use a mild soap or a dedicated plastic cleaner on the top of the bag. Apply a small amount to a soft cloth and gently wipe the clear surface. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch or damage the clear material.
- Wipe Down the Interior: Dampen a cloth and use it to wipe the interior. Employ a cotton swab for those hard-to-reach spots, and if there are stains, a mild soap can once again prove effective.
- Dry Thoroughly: Allow the bag to air dry completely before putting any makeup products or tools back in. Keep those tops open for a minimum of 3 hours, allowing a breath of fresh air to revive every nook and cranny.
- Regular Maintenance: Giving your bags a bit of TLC every now and then is the secret to keeping them looking sharp and sticking around for the long haul.
